Recreation Alliance (CRA)

JUSA’s Recreation Soccer Program’s goal is to provide a healthy and safe environment for soccer play that is to emphasize FUN and de-emphasize winning at all costs. Our mission is to foster the growth and development of amateur youth soccer by establishing programs and activities that focus on the development, promotion, teaching, and administration of the game among youth in Johnston County, and to instill the ideals of excellent moral character and good sportsmanship. Integrated in this is the building of self-esteem, self-confidence, teamwork, respect for self and others, and all the inherent benefits of physical exercise. Our stated goal will be to make it - " The Game for Kids."

JUSA participates with other local soccer clubs in playing our recreation U12, and at times our U10, teams in inter-club play.  The Carolina Recreation Alliance (CRA) promotes stronger relationships in the community and allows the teams from each club to play various games with some local travel instead of playing the same 2 or 3 teams over and over again.  Each club has similar philosophies on play and encouraging the children to have fun as stated in JUSA's mission.  The current CRA clubs are; GCAA, FVAA, EWSA, SASL, TYSC, and MCAA.  Below is more information regarding their facilities for our U12 teams.
